    B. General or Non‑Loan Claims

    • Call 800‑627‑7601 to speak with a Precise Adjustments adjuster, who will guide you through the process .

    • Services available:

      • Damage appraisals, reinspections, full loss adjustment

      • TPA and mediation representation

    ⏱️ Typical Timeline

    • Claims are usually closed within 30 business days from filing, with many resolved sooner

  • 💳 Payment Methods

    1. iClient® Portal (for lender‑placed, investor & REO programs)

    • TMH issues monthly premium billing statements via the portal (or as agreed)

    • Accepted payment methods:

      • ACH

      • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover) — note that there’s a processing fee charged by the processor (One, Inc.), not by TMH. That fee is non‑refundable, even if the policy is canceled
